For projects that call for a faster programme or a broader selection, we also source ready-made furniture and lighting through a curated network of suppliers, passing on our best trade pricing wherever possible.

Studio Bernardi is a founder-led practice combining more than 25 years of high-end residential experience in central London with a calm, commercially grounded approach to delivery.
With a background in bespoke cabinetry, custom furniture, and specialist finishes, Gabriel is known for meticulous research, fine detailing, and a practical, site-present approach that keeps clients confident at every stage, from early concept through to installation.
Gabriel previously co-founded the Cubitt House group (including The Thomas Cubitt in Belgravia) and later launched Bernardi’s in Marylebone (now The Italian Greyhound). His work was shaped by a formative partnership with the late John Coote, the Australian designer celebrated for classical sensibility and craftsmanship-led interiors.
Liam oversees the studio’s commercial, operational, and strategic direction. With 15 years of experience spanning retail, property development, and construction, he brings a practical understanding of how projects function in the real world, from early decisions through to delivery.
Before Studio Bernardi, Liam worked in retail and residential development, later establishing a construction company responsible for the delivery and coordination of complex builds. This background supports a methodical approach to budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring design intent is backed by clear commercial structure.
Often working behind the scenes, Liam is a steady presence for clients, valued for sound judgement, reassurance, and an ability to keep projects moving efficiently and without unnecessary drama.
